Jake has been in the motorycle business since he was fourteen. He has been
a motorcycle enthusiast
Jake, happy in the shop
for a long time, riding them since 1973. He is a Certified BMW
Technician, is experienced with new and old technology and most makes
and models.
Jake has been with us since 1999. He and his wife Kim are now the proud grandparents of three. Jake is still working on his "Frankencycle", it seems to be more in service mode than riding mode. Seems as if it's more fun to work on it than it is to ride. Jake does interesting and informative seminars for customers during the winter months. Check our events page for info.
Toby is a BMW Master Technician, and has attended scooter school and
is an authorized and certified Piaggio and Vespa technician.
Toby with his Master Technician plaque
He and Jake spend their weekends riding dirt bikes and working on their
own bike creations. Toby is our "go to" guy when problems crop up,
with not only technical, but also intuitive skills.
Toby has been with us since 2003. Toby seems to be able to fix anything electronic. Besides being a Master Tech, Toby is a tattoo artist and sports some interesting tattoos as well. He painted the BMW Motoman Logo on the shop wall.
Dan has been with us since 2005 and is a BMW Master Technician. Dan was riding
BMWs and fixing his own BMW motorcycles long before CRM ever opened which accounts
Dan with his Master Technician plaque
for his expertise with the Airheads. In his spare time, Dan loves barbecuing and
smoking his own meat, and CRM staff often benefits from leftovers. Dan's barbecue
is "to die for". Lucky Libby (Dan's wife).

Our BMW technicians are technological puzzle solvers.
There are important considerations to be made for how you store your motorcycle, especially during the wintertime. If you store in your own garage, make sure you "buy a better mousetrap!" Besides building nests, mice do have the habit of chewing on wires. Contact us for additional storage options.
